To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object. Vital interests – collecting or using the information is needed when someone’s physical or mental health or wellbeing is at urgent or serious risk. This includes an urgent need for life sustaining food, water, clothing or shelter. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object and the right to portability.

How long we keep information We keep information such as name, phone number and email for the duration of your time working with us. When your contract with us is complete we keep your information in a secure location that is protected by passwords. We keep your information for the duration of your contract with us. When you finish working with us we archive the information in a secure password protected folder and delete the folder completely after 7 years. We keep your phone number on a password protected phone to enable us to offer you sessions via mobile phone. These details are coded to deidentify you in the event the phone was accessed by anyone else. We only share any of your information with a third party with written consent from you unless we feel that you or someone else is at imminent risk of harm.
